Infrastructure

We operate hundreds of servers across cloud and virtualized environments, covering CI/CD, security, delivery pipelines, observability and automation.

Capabilities

What we deliver.

  1. № 01

    Cloud and virtualization

Architecture, migration, capacity planning, and reliable operation across cloud and virtualized environments.

  2. № 02

    CI/CD and delivery pipelines

Repeatable paths from change to release, with the checks, environments, and recovery plans your operation needs.

  3. № 03

    Security and observability

Practical hardening, access control, monitoring, alerting, backups, and incident readiness.

  4. № 04

    Infrastructure automation

Automated provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and routine operational work across hundreds of servers.

The infrastructure work most teams put off until something breaks. We do it on day one and you sleep through the next outage.

What we deliver

A typical cloud engagement produces:

  • Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform / Pulumi) for everything you run
  • CI/CD pipeline with automatic preview environments per PR
  • Observability stack, metrics, traces, logs, alerting that doesn’t cry wolf
  • Runbooks for the top 10 incidents, written and rehearsed
  • Backup strategy with a quarterly restore drill (because untested backups don’t exist)

What we don’t do

We don’t sign customers up to AWS reserved instances they don’t need. We’re partner-aligned with Akamai/Linode because for LATAM workloads they win on price and latency. For mixed EU/US, we’ll recommend Cloudflare or AWS where it fits.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

The questions we get most often before signing.

Not unless you have a specific reason. We default to recommending Akamai/Linode for new LATAM-heavy projects (better price + latency in CR/PA), but we're cloud-agnostic. Stay on AWS, we operate AWS too.
Pager rotation 24/7, target 10-minute first response on P1, runbook execution, and a written post-incident review within 48 hours. Real coverage, not 'we'll get to it Monday.'
Yes. About a third of our cloud engagements are one-shot migrations. We hand over Terraform + runbooks at the end, you can self-operate or hand back to us as a retainer.
